2 Tbsp Worcertershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
6 C mixed nuts (your own combination of almonds, walnuts, cashews, pecans, peanuts, pistachios or a commercial mix).
Microwave directions:
Melt the butter, add the Worcestershire sauce and season salt. Put the nuts in a large microwave safe bowl, add the butter mixture and mix well. Microwave on high for 1 1/2 minutes, stir and microwave again for 1 1/2 minutes and stir. Microwave at 1 minute intervals stirring after each time for a total of 6 - 7 minutes.
Pour nuts onto some paper towels and cool. store in an air tight container.
Oven directions:
Preheat oven to 300°.Melt the butter, add the Worcestershire sauce and season salt. Mix the nuts and butter mixture in a bowl and pour the mixture in a 9x13 pan. Bake 10 minutes, remove from oven and stir. Bake an additional 10 minutes, stir and bake another 10 minutes.
Pour nuts onto some paper towels and cool. store in an air tight container.
