Killer Brisket - Terry C

5 lb brisket
Onions
Heinz chili sauce (or a store brand)
1 bottle beer

Slice most of the fat off the brisket. Slice enough onions to cover the bottom of a pan large enough to fit the brisket, maybe larger than a 9x13 pan. Place the brisket on top of the onions.

Mix the bottle of chili sauce with the beer and pour over the brisket and onions. Bake at 350 degrees for 3.5 to 4 hours, until is is soft and tender
