Honey Mustard Chicken - MaryBeth

2 lbs. chicken breast, sliced or cubed
1/4 cup honey
2 tbs. mustard
1 tbs. soy sauce
1 tbs. garlic


Mix honey, mustard, soy sauce and garlic. Pour mixture over chicken and cover. Marinate in the refrigerator for several hours. One hour before cooking, remove the chicken from the refrigerator and let stand at room temperature. Fry the chicken until done.
