Ingredients
- 1 15 oz can artichoke hearts (not marinated)
- 1 small can of diced green chiles
- 1 C grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 C mayonnaise (Best Foods works best)
Directions
Combine ingredients. Pour into an 8 x 8 pan and bake at 375° for 45 to 60 minutes.
The recipe can be doubled and put in a 9 x 13 pan.
