1/4 C butter
4 C fresh green beans.
1 14 oz can bean sprouts, drained.
8 ozs fresh mushrooms, sliced or chopped, whichever you prefer
1/4 C teriyaki sauce
Sesame seeds, if desired
Stove top method
In a skillet melt the butter and cook the onion, green beans, beans sprouts, mushrooms and soy sauce and cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, for about 15 minutes. .
Oven method
Preheat oven to 425°. Marinate the teriyaki sauce, onion, green beans, bean sprouts and mushrooms in a zip lock bag for 10-15 minutes. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and roast 20-25 minutes until the beans are starting to look shrively and are just a bit crispy. Toss with sesame seeds before serving, if desired.
