Brazilian Cheese Bread - Stella

Ingredients

  • 1 & ½ cup of tapioca flour
  • 2/3 cup whole milk 
  • 1/3 vegetable or avocado oil
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese 
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese 
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Add the egg, milk, oil, salt, and flour to a blender and blend for 1-2 minutes until smooth. Mix again then add the shredded cheese. You don’t want to break the cheese, just mix until combined. Add to a greased mini muffin pan, bake at 400 F for 20 minutes, and enjoy.
