
Ingredients
- 1 large head iceberg lettuce
- 1/2 bag 14 oz bag shredded coleslaw mix
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 8 ozs cooked chicken, chopped (optional)
- 1/2 C sunflower seeds (or sliced almonds or peanuts)
- 1 pkg ramen noodles, seasoning packet removed, crushed
Dressing
- 1/3 C vegetable or olive oil
- 1/4 C rice wine vinegar
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame seed oil
- 1 Tbsp honey or sugar
In a small bowl mix the dressing ingredients. Adjust the ingredients after tasting for flavor.
In a large salad bowl combine all the salad ingredients. Top with the dressing and mix to combine
