Ramen Noodle Chinese Chicken Salad - Janet



Ingredients


Salad

  • 1 large head iceberg lettuce
  • 1/2 bag 14 oz bag shredded coleslaw mix
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 8 ozs cooked chicken, chopped (optional)
  • 1/2 C sunflower seeds (or sliced almonds or peanuts)
  • 1 pkg ramen noodles, seasoning packet removed, crushed

Dressing
  • 1/3 C vegetable or olive oil
  • 1/4 C rice wine vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame seed oil
  • 1 Tbsp honey or sugar

Directions

In a small bowl mix the dressing ingredients. Adjust the ingredients after tasting for flavor.
In a large salad bowl combine all the salad ingredients. Top with the dressing and mix to combine
