Ramen Noodle Chinese Chicken Salad - Janet

Salad
1 large head iceberg lettuce
1/2 bag 14 oz bag shredded coleslaw mix
1 bunch cilantro
1 bunch green onions
1 red bell pepper, chopped
8 ozs cooked chicken, chopped (optional)
1/2 C sunflower seeds (or sliced almonds or peanuts)
1 pkg ramen noodles, seasoning packet removed, crushed

Dressing
1/3 C vegetable or olive oil
1/4 C rice wine vinegar
3 Tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame seed oil
1 Tbsp honey or sugar

In a  small bowl mix the dressing ingredients. Adjust the ingredients after tasting for flavor.
In a large salad bowl combine all the salad ingredients. Top with the dressing and mix to combine
