Ingredients:
1 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
41/2 c. oatmeal
1 C peanut butter
1 12oz pkg chocolate chips (2 cups)
Directions:
Mix above ingredients into a pie crust consistency. Press into a greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 12 – 15 minutes. Cool
Melt the peanut butter and chocolate chips in the microwave at 30 second intervals so it doesn't burn. Spread on top of cooled shortbread and place in refrigerator or freezer for at least 1/2 hour to set chocolate.
