Oriental Salad - Anonymous

1 head Napa cabbage chopped
1 1/2 C Bok Choy washed, dried and cored
4 to 6 chopped green onions
Mix together in a large bowl. 


1/3 C butter, melted
1 cup sliced almonds
1/3 cup sesame seeds
2 pkgs of ramen noodles DON'T use the flavour envelopes inside packages) Break up noodles however you want.

Stir all together and spread on large baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 to 10 minutes until light brown-watch this as it can easily burn.

In a microwavable jar, combine:
2/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup white vinegar
2/3 cup white sugar
3 tbsp of light soy sauce


Heat in microwave until sugar is dissolved. Set on counter until you are ready to use it-stir occasionally. Throw everything together and toss.
