8 half chicken breasts or thighs w/bone
12 oz jar apricot preserves
8 oz French or Russian dressing
1 packet onion soup mix
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place chicken in pan that fits breasts without much overlap. Mix other ingredients together and pour evenly over chicken. Bake 1 hour. Check the chicken after 45 minutes, if it is getting too brown place foil tent over it for last 15 minutes.
