Emma's Vegetarian Pizza - Anon

Use the Cheese Pizza Crust recipe
2 8 oz pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 to 3/4 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing Mix (1 oz. size)
1/2 cup mayonnaise

Spray PAM on 10" x 15" pan. Spread dough on pan. Bake at 350 for 10-15 mins. Cool.
Blend together cream cheese, salad dressing and mayonnaise and spread on baked crust.
Sprinkle slivered or chopped vegetables on cheese mixture.
Cover pan with plastic wrap. Press vegetables into cheese mixture with a rolling pin or hands. 7. Refrigerate overnight to harden and set. Cut into pieces.

Note:
You can use the Cheese Pizza Crust recipe for this instead of the crescent roll dough
This pizza gets soggy after about 48 hours.

Suggestions for toppings: broccoli, carrot, mushroom, zucchini, boiled egg, olive, cauliflower, green pepper
