Cheese Pizza Crust - Lindsay

Crust
3 C shredded mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 C almond flour
4 Tbsp cream cheese
2 eggs
Garlic salt
Parchment paper to bake crust on

Put mozzarella cheese and cream cheese in a medium size microwaveable bowl. Microwave until hot and stir to combine. Stir in eggs and almond flour. Spread the dough thinly on parchment paper. A spatuala works well for this. If your dough is too stringy, the cheese has hardened too much. Microwave it again until a good consistency is reached.
Poke rows of holes with a fork (or if you have one, a docker) to avoid bubbling. Sprinkle with garlic salt.
Bake in a 425 degree oven for 20 - 22 minutes. After 8 minutescheck it and poke holes where any large bubbles may be.

Topping suggestions
Add a thin layer of pizza sauce and then add any meats, veggies, different cheeses and when finished, sprinkle with oregano and basil.
