- 1 Tbsp dried dill weed
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp feta cheese

- 1/4 C red wine vinegar
- 3/4 C olive oil
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp dressing mix or

In a food processor or blender add vinegar and mustard and mix for a 15 second. With the processor or blender running, slowly drizzle in the oil. This will emulsify the vinaigrette. Add dressing ingredients and mix for 10 seconds more.
For a creamier dressing:
- 1 C plain yogurt or
- 1/2 C mayonnaise
- 1/2 C sour cream
- 1 Tbsp dressing mix

Add milk/milk substitute a little at a time for a good consistency.
